Residential systems in our markets typically land between $2.40 and $3.20 per watt before incentives, and commercial arrays come in lower per watt as they scale. With the federal Investment Tax Credit plus state and utility incentives, most residential customers see payback in 7 to 11 years, and commercial projects using accelerated depreciation often reach payback faster. We give you a written production estimate and a cash-flow model before you commit to anything.

Yes. We assess the existing service capacity first, then design around it. That usually means load management, a subpanel, or in some cases a service upgrade. We handle utility coordination, ADA-compliant layout, network setup, and the rebate paperwork for programs like Dominion and Pepco.
Roof condition, shading, and available land decide it. If your roof has more than about ten years of life left and good southern exposure, rooftop is usually the lower-cost path. Ground mount wins when you have open acreage, a shaded or aging roof, or you want the flexibility to tilt the array for peak production.
You get a monitoring login, a commissioning package with as-builts and warranty documents, and our maintenance line. We offer optional operations and maintenance agreements that cover inverter monitoring, production reporting, panel cleaning, and rapid response on any fault.
